Ceramics 2: Test Tiles and Relief Stamps

  1. DEMONSTRATE your existing knowledge for basic handbuilding techniques by CREATING a relief stamp and a set of test glaze.

Intro to Art: Introduction to Surrealism

  1. DEMONSTRATE your existing knowledge involving basic art making skills and techniques by CREATING a series of thumbnail sketches to be used for finished drawing.
  2. ORALLY  ask any questions about the project demonstration they may have using complete sentences.

 

Painting 2: Watercolor Experiments (Brushes and Brush Marks)

  1. DEMONSTRATE your existing knowledge for basic painting techniques by CREATING a series of painting samples in grid form.
  2. ORALLY  ask any questions about the project demonstration they may have using complete sentences and specific vocbulary.

 

Adv. Drawing: Portfolio Piece Pre-Test

  1. DEMONSTRATE your existing knowledge involving basic drawing skills and techniques by CREATING a finished figure drawing study.
  2. ORALLY  ask any questions about the project demonstration you may have using complete and sentences specific vocabulary.

We are at the midpoint of our figure drawing pre-test.  Before you start today, try to think about the work you’ve accomplished in yesterday’s class, and what your goal(s) are for today’s period.  If it seems as though you finshed too soon, go back and study the pose and see if there might be areas that need more attention.
