Intro To Art: Bouncing Ball with Background

  • RECOGNIZE the proper steps and techniques needed to create a LOOPING ANIMATION through a class demonstration.
  • DEMONSTRATE their understanding of the class demonstration by LISTENING to multi-step instructions

Today our focus will be to look at the animation we created earlier this week and change it to create a new animation using Keynote (Presentation Tool) and give the movement a more realistic appearance of a bouncing motion discussing and using KEYFRAMES and INBETWEEN frames.

Additionally, I would like you to work through the motion of moving the cloud from RIGHT to LEFT, as well as EXPORTING the project as a MOVIE FILE.  Directions are linked in the Keynote files below.

Files to use for the class assignment can be downloaded below:

OLD KEYNOTE FILE: Bouncing Ball w_Background

Adv. Drawing: Introduction to Gesture Drawing

  • STWBAT RECALL information and specific characteristics of GESTURE DRAWING by recognizing the visual components in a class lecture.
  • STW ORALLY  ask any questions about the project demonstration they may have using complete sentences.

Throughout today’s class, we will be looking into the focus of GESTURE drawing while also discussing and demonstrating the importance of WARM-UP EXERCISES as well as proper drawing practice/posture.  We will take some time looking at this weeks pose packet as we work through each individual pose.
